    Although this hotel was not our first choice, it turned out to be very pleasant. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are clean, comfortable and spacious. (I had plenty of room to do a full set of tai chi.) Breakfasts are plentiful, but not terribly imaginative. We were there over Christmas, when it was very cold outside; and it was wonderful to walk into the lobby and be welcomed by as much hot tea as we could drink. The freshly-baked cookies in the lobby on Christmas Day were a nice touch. The staff was gracious and helpful. When I asked the desk clerk where I could find glue to repair a boot, she called up the hotel's handyman and had him come up and just fix it for me.
